my husband and i have lived here for two years. management was HORRIBLE for a year and a half of that. but they have had a change in management and they seem to be very nice. they are currently upgrading all the apartments with all new appliances. we will never see that but someone moving in will like it. the floor plans are nice. neighbors are quiet for the most part. no late night parties to deal with. \r

all of our maintenance requests have been taken care of within the amount of time they say they will. our AC is broken today and they will have a technician out here this morning.\r

i like living here. it is a SAFE community. all of the crime that has happened here while we were living here happened because people did not lock their doors. (both cars and apartments) and the instances were few and far between.
Pros: spacious, well maintained, value for your buck, close to highway
Cons: not the most friendly management
