It is unfortunate that you are dissatisfied with our company, and that your foundation was affected by a plumbing leak. Plumbing leaks are extremely detrimental to foundations and can, in some instances, totally compromise foundation work previously completed. It is listed under our general conditions of our warranty that “This warranty shall be null and void if: 5.) The foundation is undermined (i.e. soil slumping, eroding, plumbing leaks, creek beds, excavations, etc.).” We are sorry to inform you of these circumstances, but all of our conditions are explained and agreed to up front with all of our customers.\r
