Plumbing leaks are extremely detrimental to foundations and can, in some instances, totally compromise foundation work previously completed. The people we bought our house from used MBR to repair the foundation and we had a transferable lifetime warranty. Not even a year after we moved in the house started shifting so we had them come in and check it out. They said that we had a plumbing problem that we would have to fix before they could do anything. We had to dig under the foundation to get to the leak and we repaired it. Once we were down there it was evident that when they repaired the foundation that they never dug out the plumbing before they jacked up the house which RIPPED our plumbing from the foundation! Once we contact them they said us diggin under the house VOIDED our warranty...but that is what they told us to do. So we got screwed out of our warranty for something THEY caused. DO NOT USE THEM! more

My house was up for sale and a couple made a bid on it and we were to close in two weeks! Little to my knowledge, I had foundation problems. Not only did MBR work us into their busy schedule and do an excellent job on repairing my foundation, they also provided me with incredible service and kept me totally informed throughout the entire process! MBR provided me and my family with some very useful information regarding our home. We thought we had foundation issues based on the information provided us by a competitor, but as it turned out we just had some minor settling and and a few small cracks as a result there of. These people don't honor their warranty. I had some work done by this company several years ago on one of my houses. When foundation problems showed up years later, they came up with all sorts of excuses. They didn't want to honor the life time warranty certificate they had given me. They said it was only a ten year warranty enen though it had been less than 9 years since the work was done. They even said that I had torn down a wall in the house, which I hadn't, that would null the contract. Do not hire these people or you will regret it. Cons: Service more
