So this place seems pretty great from the outside... Small hardware store, possibly family business, but after a few visits you realize why most people dump their money at Home Depot.
As a local business owner in marketing, I know what it takes to stand out. These people sold me a floor ventilation cover that didn't fit, and since I lost the receipt a few weeks later when I came in for a return, they refused me even though I explained that I'm a local business, and come to them often. Sorry we have a bad economy is all the said.
When I go to Home Depot, I spend far more than I should, because I know I can return anything and everything if I really want to. Not here.
Winks, I liked you once, but you've lost me and my business. Please shop at Home Depot a few times and realize what the consumer can get from Corporate America.... I'd rather shop local!!!!!!
