As a property manager I have been shopping at Winks for years. Instead of shopping around, I've found I will save myself a lot of trouble by just going to Winks first. I'm not sure what this last lady is talking about. First of all floor registers are sold by the cut size in the floor. All that is necessary is a common knowledge of being able to measure a hole in the floor. I suppose if this simple task can't be done then this lady needs a contractor. Their return policy is clearly spelled out on every receipt given and it is not unreasonable for a company to stick to their policies.
On a lighter note, this is the best hardware store I have ever been in. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and always do their very best to help you with whatever you need. If ever there is something that I need for a project I know I can find it at Winks. Wonderful people, wonderful store, five stars. Keep on doing what you are doing Winks.
