Review content:
Absolutely a horrible experience. I will never bring another vehicle to Cole's for as long as I live in the Ithaca area. The manager Todd was completely inappropriate. I originally brought a vehicle there two weeks ago to have an exhaust leak fixed. Upon returning (because of another leak) I was accosted by Todd with: ""whats the matter this time"", seriously the first words out of his mouth. Of course my only retort was ""the same thing that was wrong the last time"" needless to say I felt like slapping the grease off the slob. Never, never, never will I ever recommend anyone take their vehicle to a place that treats its customers in such a manner.
