all the spas i have visited in chapel hill are boring and poor imitations of what most people who have never been to a spa feel they should be like. check out their website for a taste of what their place is like.
Then steps up nirvana spa and salon. their staff, their product lines, their offerings of hot tea or sodas or water, their music, their colors, the ambiance is warm, fun, relaxing and much like being at a good friends' house b/c there is no need to be something you are not...
i started with a massage, then a facial, then microderm, then pedicures, then waxing (they have hard wax - no pain) , and finally 8 inches of my hair cut; i love it. they really care...they really get it.
on their front door, it reads, ""where it is all about you...""
they really mean it.
