I went into Nirvana because I saw the website. I wanted my hair straightened because it is so thick and curly. I met Cynetha and she explained what she was doing and why, she made sure my scalp was okay and she gave me the best shampoo and massage of my life! I was skeptical about the service at first, but she was very knowledgeable and my hair never looked better. She cut my hair too. I am just so impressed with her skills. I will definately go back to her and refer all my friends to her. She taught me that I don't have to spend $500 on Japanese Straightening, she has a better method. Next time I will try her other services because I was told she does everything. I am hooked!
Pros: Cynetha's Great
Cons: Odd choice of salon decor.
