I went to Nirvana on the recommendation of a friend. I have always been somewhat intimidated by more upscale/trendy places, but everyone was very professional and very friendly. I made the appointment via e-mail, and received a prompt and professional response. Lis gave me a great haircut, and she struck the perfect balance between really listening to what I wanted, and also giving me great advice. I intend to go back to try some of the other spa services. Great experience!
