Very disappointing and expensive experience. When I called after the fact to express my concern, I was hung up on. The following week (after spending $118 for a 'consulting' session to be shown how to speed up my laptop)I realized that in the process, part of my XP operating system program had been deleted. I received continuous error messages and installation requests upon every keystroke and my applications (Word, etc.) could no longer be opened. I emailed the company and no response. I then spent hours learning how to restore my laptop to the state it was in just prior to him ever working on it, having to reverse everything he had removed or changed. Admittedly, I am not computer savvy, but should have seen this coming. Again, very expensive, incredibly disappointing.
