I don't know about any ""vicious"" incidents, but I've had a box here for almost a uear and I can say that they have on two different occaisions misplaced very important deliveries. They sent them back out with the driver after receiving them and notifying me. Both times my packages were returned within a week. Did they apologize? No. They got p i s s e d at me for being slightly upset about their mistake. The way they treat their customers s u c k s, even by New York standards. \r

I'm sure it's fine if you just need to go in and send off your taxes. Hard to mess up something like that too much.
Pros: I went in and asked how much for a 30 inch cardboard cube box. Over $40! That was pretty funny!
Cons: Everything else.
