Review content:
I was told to drop off a pre-paid package here by a company who's defective product I was returning. I take a car service to this UPS store and walk in with the package but am told they don't take anything over 16"", pre-paid or not. I told the manager that I'd just seen a UPS truck around the corner and asked if I could run and ask them to pick it up. He said sure but that I couldn't leave the package in the completely empty store. Carrying this big box with me wasn't an option if I wanted to run a couple blocks to the UPS truck I'd just seen, but he said no way could I leave it in the store, even if I left my wallet and cell phone which I offered. So I had to awkwardly leave my package in front of his store on the sidewalk to run and grab a truck to pick it up. Thankfully the UPS guy had no problem coming to pick up the package which was still there when I returned, but come on UPS store! This is a little neighborhood business, doesn't it make sense, even if it's against store policy to help out people trying to use your services? I'll never go here again. I have no problem believing others' painful comments about this place.
Pros: None in my admittedly limited experience.
Cons: Reliance on store policy versus common-sense.
