Traditional inspiration, yes. Good beer, definitely. Great sausage, absolutely. Now if somebody will tell them that it's not worth waiting 10-15 OR MORE minutes standing outside on the friggin sidewalk just to order food. WTF???? How is that cool or fun?
I guess LA hipsters still think it's cool to stand in line for no good reason-- unless just to be seen (lined up like brain dead cattle) What is this place, Pinks? I don't go there anymore either.
I'd rather buy brats and beer from a boring German deli than stand in line in one of the worst neighborhoods in Los Angeles.
Pros: good food, drink, good people
Cons: long sidewalk line just to eat-- can't order food at bar
