I just wanted to express how very grateful I am with the honesty of the staff at the Riviera. Especially housekeeping, security, and my wonderful slot host. I was a guest and I had left a black sweater and two necklaces that I accidently left in my room after I had packed and left the hotel. I called and housekeeping and they transferred me to security and they let me know that they had these items locked in their safe. I contacted my slot host Sheila Pappas and she gave them my address and they sent my items in the mail to me. I am so happy to have gotten these items back. I am so impressed with everyone at the Riviera. Thanks so much to all of you.
