Not only are their cars way overpriced (thousands of $$$ over the bluebook values in most cases), but their salesmen are conartists. \r

They will avoid all of your direct questions while acting like they are your best friend. They rush you in to sign the payment papers and as soon as you've signed the sales contracts, your pleasant car shopping experience quickly becomes your worst nightmare.\r

For instance: I left, with what they claimed to be a fully inspected car. The oil light came on repeatedly on the drive home. The sunroof on the car was also broken, which was not mentioned to me when I asked the salesman about it. And worst of all, it rained over night and the next morning the entire headliner of my car was soaking wet.\r

The salesmen including the sales managers have been demeaning and unhelpful. \r

Bournival Kia is full of liars, steer clear.
