when i went in to talk about the Acura they amped me up and said ""oh thats a nice car, my wife was gonna buy that one"" and jacked me all up, soon after they started hounding me to buy warranty's and coverage for EVERYTHING trying to squeeze every penny they could, i declined, we did paper work and then they tell me they don't have the title, WTF! right? so i come back a day later and they have it and Dennis the manager starts in on me, made me wish i brought my hockey equipment! he wouldn't let up!! plus held my credit card hostage over my cars title, finally after 3 hrs of "" no no no no"" refusing extra bullshiiiii they let me go, 2days later the tires wore wrong and they wanted $300 for tires, i fought with them for an hr, so they take it in, i started asking wheres my car 3 hrs later and they didn't even know where it was !!! i was ready to call the cops, so they pull it around & say they were washing it for me BS!!! 2wks after that the paint started to peel off, 2wks after that i brought it back there and left it, DO NOT BUY FROM ANY Bournival DEALERSHIP!!! The thing about this place is, they're straight with you and they do good efficient work. I've used a different shop from time to time and it isn't the same. The repairs actually last when I take the car to Bournival Kia. Strongly recommend. more

I was looking for a car and a friend of mind said he purchased a car from their ""high end "" dealership and the first few days he had major problems with the car. Knowing ""well it's covered under warranty he'd get it fix, they kept the car for a week not looking at it and when he asked when will it be finished he was given false promises of dates and once was told it was being worked on when it was not even in the service shop. I wouldn't purchase any car from this dealership with the knowledge of knowing they might not fix a problem covered under a warranty I have with a car I ""just purchased from them"" . Pros: Nice waiting area Cons: Staff from the sales department to service aren't any help. more

Not only are their cars way overpriced (thousands of $$$ over the bluebook values in most cases), but their salesmen are conartists. \r \r They will avoid all of your direct questions while acting like they are your best friend. They rush you in to sign the payment papers and as soon as you've signed the sales contracts, your pleasant car shopping experience quickly becomes your worst nightmare.\r \r For instance: I left, with what they claimed to be a fully inspected car. The oil light came on repeatedly on the drive home. The sunroof on the car was also broken, which was not mentioned to me when I asked the salesman about it. And worst of all, it rained over night and the next morning the entire headliner of my car was soaking wet.\r \r The salesmen including the sales managers have been demeaning and unhelpful. \r \r Bournival Kia is full of liars, steer clear.
