Review content:
I just came back from Linden Optometry to ask about some new glasses and they knew nothing. It was the worst experience at an optometry store ever. It was like going to a crowded ER at a crappy hospital, but without all the mess. There were babies crying though.\r
\r
I was waiting a the reception desk (that's at the back of the store) and there were two women dressed as nurses looking at each other and not doing anything. It took them about two-three minutes for them to notice the line that had formed in front of them.\r
\r
When it was my turn to be helped, I asked them about my glasses and they immediately called this vicious Asian lady that, instead of telling me to go elsewhere to get ""my special glasses that require special tools,"" she kept telling me the lenses were already scratched and they couldn't take it in.\r
\r
It was just freaking stupid. I hope that, if you go there, you have a better experience than me, or a really freaking deal on glasses, because it's not worth it.
Pros: It's very annonimous and there are lots of bi-lingual people.
Cons: Pricey, poor customer service, too many people and very little done.
