Be assurred Kristin and other management staff, that one disgruntled customer/renter can make a difference. I am appalled at your treatment of me after one year of living up to my end of our agreement. You shorted me $50 on my security deposit...very small change considering the term of our agreement but the principle is very significant. If your staff think that a disgruntled renter cannot make a difference in the market, then watch me vent. My first review just went on Google.
