moved here from North Carolina after confirming EVERYTHING (including dog ordinances) with management. after moving in, found out there are laws against certain dogs in Platte City. management didn't even know the laws of the city they operate their business in! not to mention the fact that they tried to enter our apt without notification! cost us a bundle to move again!
Pros: nice tv and washer/dryer
Cons: uninformed and unfriendly management
