Review content:
Only on several occasions does one discover a restaurant of such extreme high regard, that getting lost in its wonder is experienced but once or twice in a lifetime. Fortunately for us all, it exists locally here in Coral Gables, The City Beautiful, in the world-famous 4-star, 4-diamond Biltmore Hotel, which is a landmark of this great country. Every single detail of my dining experience was so profound in precision, that even the greatest critics in the world would be challenged to find anything less than outright extraordinary. The food was of course the highlight of the evening with the master, Philippe Ruiz at the controls of the kitchen. With the white-cloth elegance of timeless French refinement, fascinating pool view, and all the service royalty could ask for, all who dine here are privileged to understand why I claim this restaurant to be ""The French Masterpiece of America."" -L.A.
Pros: Everything.
Cons: None.
