Businiess name:  Genji Japanese Steak House

Review content:
Genji's is a fine place if you never have a problem with service or food. ""The customer is always right"" does NOT exist at Genji's. Anytime there is a problem you're just screwed the managers argue with you about your experience and the staff just blames the managers. I would NOT recommend Genji's they're over priced anyway and there are a ton of other ""Japanese Steak Houses"" in Columbus that serve the EXACT same thing. Genji's is too full of themselves they think they can treat their customers any kind of way and get away with it lets send a message to them that they need to respect the customer and realize we keep them in business! Cons: Overpriced and Horrible Customer Service
