This repair shop came recommeneded by Fender for warrenty work.\r

Ive been in the hobby for over 30 years and never had any probs with repairs shops before.\r

I went to drop off my amp and was very rudely greeted by a manager who barked at me that I should ahve called first..\r

after that I expalined the issue on the amp and I was spoken to like I was a child and reprimanded for not having my amp serviced there before.\r

I explained that I didnt know that they existed until today. The unprofessional conduct went on for a few minutes. I was astonished at how I was treated.\r

Needless to say Im taking my amp elsewheres where my business is apreciated.\r
\r
I dont care how good they are they will never see any of my amps after this experiance.\r
