Review content:
Swedish Motors offer five star service every time. I've always driven used Volvos, at least 10 years old. The guys at Swedish really work to solve your problems, even if they are obscure. After you leave the shop, they will call you to check in, and ask little questions about your vehicle's performance. They are really committed to resolving the problem, and want to confirm that everything has been fixed properly.
Volvos are their specialty, and these guys are the experts. They have a reputation for being the Volvo experts for the entire front range. I've even heard this from other mechanics.
By now I know everyone at the front personally. I'm always greeted warmly, and well taken care of by them. They really try to make their service convenient, and will give you a loaner vehicle and let you drop your car off after hours. If you are having trouble of any sort with your vehicle, at least try them once to compare. You will probably convert.
