I agree with the other reviewers--Jacob's is really honest and wonderful. I took my car to get the oil changed somewhere else, and they told me I had all sorts of leaks in my car, which is weird b/c there were no service lights on. I took it to Jacob's, and they said that nothing was wrong with it (that was a year ago, and I haven't had any trouble at all, so I guess Jacob's was right). My husband and I both take our cars there now, even for oil changes. Their prices are great, and the guy with the beard at the counter is really nice.
Pros: Honest, amazing mechanics and customer service
Cons: They request appointments only, but this is really good so you don't wait forever for your car.
