They ruined a $350 new cashmere sweater of mine by putting a huge snag that unraveled a huge hole in the middle of it. I called and went by several times to see what they were going to do about it. They would never give me a straight answer. They kept lying to me about the fact that they were working on it. This went on for 2 months. Nothing was ever done. They wouldn't even give me a return on what I spent for them to dry clean and ruin it. Thanks Metropolitan Cleaners. I hope you know what bad karma is.
