I found the Pet Department Store while looking for grain-free dry food for my cats. Western Feed was hit-or-miss with the brands I wanted and their prices were all over the place. Pet Dept. Store always has what I need in stock, their prices are very fair and consistent, and they carry a wide variety of brands, flavors, etc. When a new wet, grain-free food was introduced, they ordered it for me right away and called me when it came in - now that's good customer service!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, going out of their way to assist you with your animal companion's needs. Highly, highly recommended!!
Pros: Variety, price, customer service, employee knowledge
Cons: Small parking lot, but it clears out quickly.
