Me and my family enjoyed living here. Plenty of space for our small family. Never had any noise issues. Only issue we had wasn't really a complex issue. Parking for us was terrible. Many nights of hauling our children across the lot. That was due in part of greedy neighbors who would take up 3 or sometimes more spots. It was so bad at times I refused to leave the house in my vehicle. Because when I would arrive home (no matter what time) I would have to park a distance away. Other than that for us it was great and very safe. We have lived in many apts and this was the favorite judging by cleanliness and safety.
