I am not tech savvy at all. I was so frustrated with my machine I was ready to take a sledgehammer to it. The computer would turn on by itself, turn off whenever it wanted to, and gave me the blue screen of death all the time. It was either take it to a priest for an exercism, or take it to the laptop guy. Everyone I interacted with at The Laptop Guy was friendly, nice, and very knowledgeable. They told me they would call in a few days with a diagnosis, and they called back in two days. They fixed the problem and I had my computer back within a week! I thought the prices were very reasonable, and I was highly impressed with the service I received. My computer works like a dream now. The Laptop Guy should be the first person you call with computer problems.
