Review content:
I have used the Laptop Guy and have never had even one problem. Their store did change locations once due to a Walgreens buying out the other strip mall. The move was well publicized and the new location has better parking and a nicer interior. The new location is also just down the same street.\r

Their staff is courteous and well informed. I was kept informed about the repair to my system and the repair was completed when they said it would be done.\r

I used to be in the computer service sector at a company in Columbus. I know how hard a job it is and the people at The Laptop Guy are first rate.
Pros: Information. I was kept informed of the repair the entire time.
Cons: None that I can think of.
