Review content:
The Laptop Guy's were very good at diagnosing the problem of my laptop, communicating the information as to how long before I would get it back, and how much it would cost. There were no surprises and all promised were kept. I will use and recommend The Laptop Guy in the future. The only thing I think they can improve on would be a little bit of speediness. The repair only took about a week, but I am impatient and would like it back even faster than that. Great service, will use again.
