We brought my daughter's ipod touch 4th generation in because the screen was cracked. When we received it back after the repair, the round home button was crooked. I thought, ""Well, if it works, I guess it's ok, but not a very professional job."" When we got in the car to leave, my daughter noticed a small white spot under the screen but since it was working, did not tell me. Then she noticed that when she typed, other letters would type in, not what she was typing. She kept using it though and didn't tell me until 2 weeks later. By the time we took it back in, it wouldn't work at...wouldn't even turn on. The technicians told me that it had been damaged by us, that it had been struck with something. I disagreed and said something was wrong with how they fixed it. My daughter took extra care with it after breaking the screen the first time. We did not damage it in any way. The manager I spoke with insisted they did nothing wrong, that we damaged it. I even mentioned the crooked home button and he said that they move freely and if you push down on it, it would move back. Of course, it did not move. They don't move. It was installed incorrectly. And I believe the part they installed was faulty. But they refused to admit that and fix it. I have never given anyone a bad review before. But before you use this company, you should know that the Laptop Guys do not guarantee their parts. If they had, they would have fixed our ipod. So we spent over $80 for nothing. Very disappointed.
