I had cracked my iphone screen and was questioning whether or not to purchase the repair kit myself and attempt to dyi it or beg a friend to deal with the hassle, but before I made a decision I wanted to check prices. The Laptop guy was the first to come up on a google search and I thought why not? They offered a free estimate so I gave it a shot....to my surprise I received a response email within 30 minutes, usually you wait a business day or two for just a response. And even better, it was clear and concise with the price upfront, parts labor and warranty. I was sold at the promptness and honesty. I replied with a question and got another quick email back and was offered an expired groupon discount! I took my phone in later that week to the Gahanna location and they told me that for 25 extra dollars I could have my phone back later the afternoon. Totally worth it and the service was great. I was scared this was going to be a 300 dollar expense with verizon or apple but it turned out to be quite reasonable and my phone is working like the day it came out of the box! Thank you
