i took my apply to the laptop guy thinking it would be convenient because I am so close to their location. what a huge mistake. they charged me to replace a part (apple wireless card and antenna) that i found out later wasn't replaced just hastily patched up. it took 3 weeks to get my computer back and everytime i was contacted to give an update on my computer the person was difficult to understand and unprofessional. after they ""fixed"" the problem i never got more than 2 bars of signal and i practically had to sit next to my wireless router. now i'm having the problem looked at by ""all computers fixed"" i used them in the past and they were cheap and awesome (basically able to replace my busted apple hard drive and recover all of my data for less than $300 and the guy came to me) don't ask me why i didn't just use them before.
Pros: Convenient location
