Review content:
I took my car in and they charged me $370 to fix my problem, however it did not get fixed. When I made them aware of this, they looked again and said they did not have someone on staff that was experienced enough to fix the problem with my car, which was not uncommon. What did I get for the $370?? I'm not sure either. I guess I got a good lesson of who not to trust when working on vehicles. \r

Obviously upset when I picked it up, he wouldn't even speak to me, just gave me the keys. \r

And to think I even thought these guys knew what they were doing after they didn't tighten all of my lugnuts after rotating my tires. I was driving down the road and felt my car swerving b/c my lugnuts were loose. I should have then, but I have definitely learned my lesson now. \r

Do NOT let these guys work on your car!!!
