Can't really speak to the negative reviews that have been posted, but I just stopped in at Brookside 66 'cause I couldn't get my hood fully closed and latched after helping jump a friend's dead battery. Super nice guy at Brookside 66 solved the problem in less than 2 minutes--he had a magic touch with the latch. And he didn't charge me anything. That's what I need in a neighborhood service station.
