Took my wife, son and daughter-in-law and grandchildren on Tues (6/9/10).We wanted to eat here since they had steamed shrimp for $9.95 per lb. The waitress took our drink order and informed us that the shrimp are not $9.95 but $13.95. We said how can this be when the sign on the door and the easel as we entered said $9.95. The waitress said she would get the manager for us. The manager said she doesn't care what the signs say but they are all out of the $9.95 shrimp all they have are the $13.95 per lb shrimp due to the Gulf oil crisis. She suggested that if we didn't want those that we could pay for our drinks and leave. I ask you, if you ran Milano's, would you lose probably a $70.00 tab over $3.00 for a lb of shrimp. This was very dishonest to post a price and then refuse to honor it. We paid our bill of $8.00 for 2 sodas and a beer and then went across the street to Bill Bateman's where we ate the steamed shrimp for $8.99 and had a great meal also. milano's will never sucker us again, ever!!!! Pros: Fair Crabcakes Cons: Poor Service
