Businiess name:  Famous Smoke Shop
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
While the selection here might seem OK, on closer inspection this store leaves a lot to be desired. 1)The cigars are kept too dry and will sometimes leave a bad/old taste in your mouth. 2) The staff isn't very knowledgeable or helpful. 3) The 'seconds' are just J.R. cigars with the bands ripped off. 4) Prices on average are about $1 to $2 to high compared with other stores (with better preserved cigars). This store itself is usually dirty, and the owner ""Johnny"" is extremely annoying (Note: He and his employees wrote at least 3 of the previous ""highly recommended"" ratings). Johnny seems to be a yahoo who is more interested in gouging the customer than creating an enjoyable smoke shop. \r Instead of Famous, try Uhle's downtown. It's still kind of pricey, and the displays are less than ""hands on"", but it does have a relaxed atmosphere and ambiance of a true cigar store. Pros: Late Night hours Cons: Owner, Prices, Staff, Parking, Cleanliness
