That's the response I got after I called and asked if she could verbaly verify a reference number over the phone that my Insurance Provider needed so I could get the follow up test done the DR ordered.\r

She expected me to miss another day of work because she was too busy to verify a number for me over the phone. As a Patient, you're not made to feel like their Number One priority.....\r
Pros: DR is nice
Cons: The File Receptionist is Inconsiderate of patients & Extrememly RUDE.
