Liberty Walk-In Clinic

Completely rude!!!! Doctor's are suppose to do everything they can to help a patient.........I apparently came at the wrong time. Walk-in is in the the name........however, if you are a walk-in, prepare to wait.......A LONG TIME.............\r After being turned away for lunch......I came back, only to wait 3 hours.....\r I clearly had signs of a common infection and a history with this particular infection..........\r BUt because it was late in the day........on a Friday I might add.........in the doctor's words ""it is too late for me to do anything today, I suggest to go to the ER."" The only test they ran was to see if I was actually pregnant........because I already TOLD them that. I clearly had syptoms of an UTI.......the doctor asked me all of the questions that made me believe that's what she thought as well, yet, she ran not one test, because it was too late on a Friday! more

""I'm not going to stop what I'm doing to help you!!!""...""You'll just have to reschedule, because I'm not going to do that until tomorrow"" (just a rude as she could of possibly made her voice sound too)\r That's the response I got after I called and asked if she could verbaly verify a reference number over the phone that my Insurance Provider needed so I could get the follow up test done the DR ordered.\r \r She expected me to miss another day of work because she was too busy to verify a number for me over the phone. As a Patient, you're not made to feel like their Number One priority.....\r Pros: DR is nice Cons: The File Receptionist is Inconsiderate of patients & Extrememly RUDE. more
