Review content:
They claim to be a ""property management"" company but all they manage is the money you're paying them. The whole time we lived in our house we would wait weeks for things to get fixed, sometimes breaking down and fixing things ourselves. I'd like to particularly mention Erin Zilch, the under-worked, over-appreciated office manager for the company. One of my last conversations with her I brought up how long things would take to get fixed and she acted like this was the first time she had ever heard this criticism. Oh, and it must be our fault because had she been told she would remember or have some record of it. Please. Post-it notes...tossed. Messages, emails...deleted. People don't just forget to tell their landlord somethings broken. Very rude. Beware.
Pros: I'm not currently renting from them
Cons: They don't do anything
