We've been in a rental house for a year now. I wish I read these reviews before settling with this company.I have a feeling once our lease is up we wont get our deposit back especially after reading the bad reviews.
No professional cleaning was done prior to us moving in and the house is in cleaner condition now than when we moved in.
I can relate to everyone who was/is disappointed by the lack of professionalism by John Beaver. Not returning calls or emails but getting a letter in the mail letting us know our rent is increasing without the common decency of a phone call or face to face meeting. He threatened my husband he'll call the cops just because we constantly called to get a leaky faucet repaired. Overall he's a terrible property manager!
