Review content:
Kudos, kudos, kudos! I opted to hold my rehearsal dinner here. On the surface, we had every reason to have less than a great time - my bride and many of her family are vegetarian, and half my party showed up half an hour late. Nonetheless, the staff at Fogo de Chao was gracious and everybody had a fantastic time, even the veggies. \r \r The staff allowed the first half of the party to go ahead and start ahead of the rest, a rarity in fine restaurants these days. They didn't mind explaining things twice for the latecomers. The vegetarians clamored for the salad bar and enjoyed the sheer energy of the place, while the meat-eaters...well, no need to explain the obvious. A lot of my family is from small-town Arkansas, they had no idea such a place existed. \r \r Great food, great service. I left a 20% tip of several hundred dollars, and I wish I had left more. Pros: Great food, ambience, service. Cons: The parking lot is a bit run-down.
