Businiess name:  Fogo De Chao Churrascaria

Review content:
Having been to various churrascarias in Brazil, I was a bit apprehensive when I heard that Fogo de Chao was opening a restaurant here in Atlanta. Showed up first week, and my apprehensions evaporated. Have been back many times since. Authentic food and service (although having to traipse to a salad bar is a very American alteration; in Brazil, they typically bring it all to your table on a million little plates.) Having said that, the salad bar is mind numbing. While you're waiting for your table, have a caipirinha or two--be careful, they have a kick! Everyone I've brought has said it was one of their best dining experiences. Even if it is a bit crowded... Pros: Excellent food, Salad bar to die for, Service Cons: Parking, Crowds, Crowds
