My roommate spoke to Jason and scheduled an appointment for a Friday evening; they never showed. They didn't answer their phone and didn't return my voicemail. My roommate called a few days later to express our dissatisfaction, and Jason claimed they had no record of our appointment (bad sign!). We rescheduled for Thursday and he said they would try to work out a discounted price for us. They showed up for their appointment, looked around at the carpet (which was quite dirty - we weren't hoping to get it spotless, just wanted a general cleaning), mentioned that it was pretty dirty but said they'd do it for $89. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by only charging that much, explaining that usually they would never work on an apartment like mine located in my area (so why did they book the appointment in the first place?). I mentioned the discount, and he said I had to talk to his boss Jimmy about that, and that he knew nothing. Then when I asked for Jimmy's phone number, he mentioned that he was the one who had been taking all phone calls and orders, and that he had spoken to my roommate on the phone on both occasions (unfortunately my roommate was out of town at the time and couldn't witness this conversation). He then said he was going to go downstairs and get his equipment organized, but to let him know when I was ready to start, and if I'd made a decision. At that point I thought they were full of it, but figured I'd work something out anyway. I called him and he didn't answer. I went outside of my apartment complex and they were gone. Completely drove off. I would give them zero stars if it were an option. They should never have scheduled two appointments in an area that they did not have the desire to work in, and they should have been professional adults and explained the situation to me, rather than running off. I seriously can't believe it. Cons: everything
