Totally unethical company that is keeping our 10K deposit. Original lease proposal was reasonable and agreed to. \r \r We sent them a deposit, then didn't hear back for weeks. They finally responded by stating that the lender would not be able to do the deal as agreed upon and then required a 50% of total principal deposit (defeats the purpose of the lease). \r \r Now, after 6 months of back and forth and unresponse they are refusing to refund the deposit, saying they earned their deposit and that somehow we didn't agree to the terms.\r \r They also stated they would ""vigorously defend our position in Orange County Superior Court (the stipulated venue that was agreed to in the settlement). ""\r \r Cons: Purely unethical company.
