Review content:
I was happy with the work and workmanship of the job ... it just took a lot longer than I thought it would. Make sure you are clear to Charlie that you want any work permitted as he may not quote you that route to begin with. The only reason I lowered the rating is because he didn't complete the permit inspection work - I ended up getting a duplicate checklist card and setting up the inspection after waiting for 2 weeks and no action on Charlie's part.
Pros: Good price
Cons: The man is a talker and it slows down the work - most of which he has others doing.
