Review content:
I got the number for Apex from another appliance company that didn't service my area. They speak a good story on the phone..I explained the problem thinking it might be a belt gone out on my wash machine and the noise it was making. I was quoted a price of $19.50 to come and look at it. The repair guy was very nice...I mean VERY nice! He came in, took the front off the wash machine, diagnosed the transmission, told me they wouldn't be able to get the part in until the end of the month and that it'd cost $500something. Since I bought the machine off Craigslist for $300 over 6 months ago, I more than got my money's worth out of it already and wasn't about to stick that much into it. So really...imagine my shock when they billed my debit card $135 for a 5 minute diagnosis!!! No way. That's taking major advantage of the customer. I'm a single mom and I don't take too kindly to being ripped off. I will never use this company for anything. I'm also going to leave a crap review on YELP. If there was more I could do to bust them for this rip off, I would!
