Review content:
Architects Rule is located in Bayside, 20-minute train ride from Penn Station. I dealt with the principal architect Paul who returned calls promptly. Paul designed a country house (salt-box style) upstate and then worked on legalizing a two-family house in Bayside where my grandparents live. There were no financial surprises (at the end) and we were never in the dark about the process. Paul is now working on an addition for the house next door. This is an archtiect who designs your dream home, not his own.
