Review content:
I ordered my first and very expensive $150 pair of boots from the website. I brought the boots back b/c they were too small and the girl told me that I was in luck b/c she had the next size in stock. Good think I checked the box, she gave me the wrong color (the color that was on sale for $50) and tried to do an even exchange. Not!\r
\r
We waited on the store manager to return. Apparently the regular girls can't do returns for some reason. ..\r
The store manager seemed peeved when she arrived to do my return. At me? for returning an internet purchase? Was it my fault that the company made these boots run 2 sizes too small? It sure felt like it. I was not welcomed there- I was rushed. She handed me a reciept and said nothing to me but ""sign"" I tried to read what it was exactly I was signing my name to and she pointed to the line. ""there"". \r
\r
The young girls that work there are sweet, but the manager...eh.\r
