This is the second time I have had a negative experience with this store's manager and I will not be returning to this store because of her poor attitude.\r
\r
During this particular experience, I had a pair of shoes I wanted to exchange/return. I had stopped at the store the night before, but the girl working that night said she was new and didn't know how to do the return. I wanted to exchange, but they didn't have the next bigger size in stock. She asked me to come back the next night when the manager was there.\r
\r
I went back the next night (already an inconvenience to me) and the store manager was there, but said she couldn't do the return for me because there were scuffs on the bottoms of the shoes. The girl the previous night didn't have an issue with the barely visible scuffs from being worn around the living room. (You have to put the shoes on to see if they fit, correct?) I explained to her my situation, but she was very rude about it, rolling her eyes at me and asking another person if they needed help while I was trying to speak to her. She said ""I'm the store manager, and I won't return these for you,"" with an attitude like I was unworthy. \r
\r
By the time I left the store with a $50 pair of shoes that doesn't even fit me, I told her that Aldo had lost my business because of her. She shouted at me and said ""Good!"" Not very good customer service, especially from a store manager.\r
\r
Their shoes aren't that great of quality anyway.. I'd rather spend more to get a better product, not to mention better service. Seriously, Shoe Carnival has better employees than this place!
