Don't bother shopping here. You can't return anything once you walk out of the store. They also don't allow price matching their own prices, and will refuse returns if you mention it. Just plain horrible customer service and policies. Not worth it to shop here. Save you money and go someplace better. more

I ordered my first and very expensive $150 pair of boots from the website. I brought the boots back b/c they were too small and the girl told me that I was in luck b/c she had the next size in stock. Good think I checked the box, she gave me the wrong color (the color that was on sale for $50) and tried to do an even exchange. Not!\r \r We waited on the store manager to return. Apparently the regular girls can't do returns for some reason. ..\r The store manager seemed peeved when she arrived to do my return. At me? for returning an internet purchase? Was it my fault that the company made these boots run 2 sizes too small? It sure felt like it. I was not welcomed there- I was rushed. She handed me a reciept and said nothing to me but ""sign"" I tried to read what it was exactly I was signing my name to and she pointed to the line. ""there"". \r \r The young girls that work there are sweet, but the manager...eh.\r \r more

Awful service from store manager... Don't shop here! 9/2/2010

This is the second time I have had a negative experience with this store's manager and I will not be returning to this store because of her poor attitude.\r \r During this particular experience, I had a pair of shoes I wanted to exchange/return. I had stopped at the store the night before, but the girl working that night said she was new and didn't know how to do the return. I wanted to exchange, but they didn't have the next bigger size in stock. She asked me to come back the next night when the manager was there.\r \r I went back the next night (already an inconvenience to me) and the store manager was there, but said she couldn't do the return for me because there were scuffs on the bottoms of the shoes. The girl the previous night didn't have an issue with the barely visible scuffs from being worn around the living room. (You have to put the shoes on to see if they fit, correct?) I explained to her my situation, but she was very rude about it, rolling her eyes at me and asking another person if they needed help while I was trying to speak to her. She said ""I'm the store manager, and I won't return these for you,"" with an attitude like I was unworthy. \r \r By the time I left the store with a $50 pair of shoes that doesn't even fit me, I told her that Aldo had lost my business because of her. She shouted at me and said ""Good!"" Not very good customer service, especially from a store manager.\r \r Their shoes aren't that great of quality anyway.. I'd rather spend more to get a better product, not to mention better service. Seriously, Shoe Carnival has better employees than this place! more
